A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration. Generally the deposit is 20%, though in some cases (such as special outside presenters), the required non-refundable deposit may be a larger percentage of program cost. This deposit is required to hold a place in any given program. All monies, less deposit, will be refunded in full if you cancel 30 or more days prior to program’s start date. if you cancel between 30 days and 1 day in advance, a non-refundable credit (less deposit) will be held for one year from the date of issue. No credit or refund is available if you canel on program start day, do not show up or leave a program early for any reason.
