The intention of the workshop is to give participants practical and useful tools for personal and planetary healing.  Healing means, simply, the opportunity to come into WHOLENESS, HARMONY and BALANCE.  We can do this for ourselves and for other people.  We can do this for specific places, like our homes, offices and even our cars.  We can help the earth achieve greater wholeness, harmony and balance.

Forrest begins the workshop by explaining and allowing experiencing the basics of energy healing.  From there on, the workshop proceeds interactively.  it includes Spirit/Mind attunement and embodiment via movement (e.g. yoga, stretching, brain-gym balancing and impromptu/free movement to music), guided meditation and applied practices.  It can include drawing and other non-verbal expression.  The group’s questions and interest level often determines the content.  Here are the kinds of questions the workshop often answers:

• What is the Sacred Heart Chamber and how is it used in energy healing?
• What are the upper and lower astrals and the Christ grid?
• Why use pink, blue, gold, green or violet light for a particular healing purpose?
• How can we access and make use of the Etheric Healing Temple?
• How can we understand (and really feel) the physics of the electromagnetic body?
• How can we draw upon our higher self, angels, nature spirits, dolphins, whales and other personal guides?
• What is the true law of attraction?
• How can we cultivate joy, appreciation and gratitude to raise our vibration and more easily manifest our desires?
• How can we gain a greater sense of peace and personal power?

The purpose of the workshop is to give participants a thorough experience of energy healing and practical tools for application.  There’s no need to develop dependence on a professional healer.  There’s so much you can do for yourself, your friends, your neighborhood and the planet as a whole.  This workshop will deepen your capacity for this.

Have you ever felt you were someone else in another life in a different time period in history?  What is it about that time, that life, that compels you?  The past is not really set in stone, even though your mind perceives it as so.  Healing timelines is about stepping outside the fabric of time/space and into an unchanging eternal state to observe the timeline.  From this vantage point, you can see realities where the soul appears to be stuck and unmoving.  We will be exploring that timeline to learn what deeper perceptions you can bring to your life by healing the past.

Medium Lesley Nase will help you look at that timeline you are drawn to.  She will lead you through a series of exercises throughout the day to gain a deeper understanding of this past lifetime.  With this greater appreciation and knowledge, you will be able to offer insight and healing to your past self, thus creating a new timeline in your present Akashic records that include the changes brought on by the healing.

This came to me New Year’s day from a friend who saw it and thought of Spirit Hollow.

The Berkshire Bank Foundation is sponsoring this grant program in which it will award four (4) $5,000 grants to non-profit organizations recognized as tax-exempt under section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code.  One $5,000 grant each will be awarded to an eligible non-profit in Berkshire County, MA, Pioneer Valley, MA, Eastern NY and Southern VT where Berkshire Bank does business.  The grants will be awarded based on the highest number of votes received during the voting period for November 13, 2009 to January 31, 2010.  The general public has the ability to vote for the non-profit organization they would like to see win a $5,000 grant.  One vote per person.
