SPIRIT HOLLOW offers a wide variety of courses, from half-day workshops to nine-month intensives; all are designed to help deepen participants’ spiritual lives and connections to nature.

The workshops listed here are primarily taught by Emery and Tracey Forest, and they make up our core courses. However, Spirit Hollow is also blessed to have many gifted guest faculty presenting workshops on a variety of shamanic and nature-related topics each year.   • Seeing with the Heart — A dedicated group meets one day a month for 8 months to learn ancient shamanic techniques for healing, growth.
  • Soul Retrieval Training — Learn a powerful technique to restore personal power by returning lost soul parts. Pre-req: Seeing with the Heart
  • Earth Spirit Apprenticeship for kids and teens– In this apprenticeship program, children and teens, ages 8-18, will be taught the old earth ways, so they can become community leaders, healers and earth citizens.
  • Drum-making–Learn to make frame drums for use in ceremonial work and healing.
  • Rattle-Making — Learn how to make a rattle for use in sacred ceremonies and healing work. Includes an exercise to “charge” our rattles with power.
