Registration, Cancellation & Refund Policy:
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of program cost is due at the time of registration; in some cases (such as special outside presenters), the required non-refundable deposit may be a larger percentage of the program cost. This deposit is required to hold a place in any given program. All monies–less deposit–will be refunded in full if you cancel 30 or more days prior to program’s start date. If you cancel between 30 days and 1 day in advance, a non-refundable credit (less deposit) will be held for one year from the date of issue. No credit or refund is available if you cancel on program start day, do not show up or leave a program early for any reason. Spirit Hollow reserves the right to cancel any program at any time; in this event, you will be given a complete refund.
Seeing With The Heart Policy: Although this course is on a donation basis, it requires a commitment. The following guidelines apply:
SWTH is not a drop-in course. It has a set, yearly curriculum. The donation you commit to is for the tuition for that curriculum as a whole (i.e. for the entire year).
Our preference is that you make this full donation prior to the start of each year’s work; however, because we recognize this may be difficult for some participants, we are willing to permit people to make their donations in monthly installments. We must still require that these installments be made whether or not you are able to attend in a given month; to do otherwise makes it extremely difficult for us to budget for the operating costs of Spirit Hollow, which remain the same whether you attend or not.
Should you decide after the first meeting that the course is not for you, you may choose not to continue with your pledged donations. If, however, you decide to remain in the course beyond the first meeting, we must ask that you honor your full, pledged donation whether you make a later decision to discontinue the program. Again, to do otherwise makes it extremely difficult for us to honor our commitments we must make to keep the lights on at Spirit Hollow.
We thank you for your understanding.
