CancellatioN PolicY

IF SPIRIT HOLLOW CANCELS: If a minimum number of registrations are not received 15 days prior to the start date, the program may be cancelled. If Spirit Hollow cancels a program due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances, registered participants will receive a full refund in the form of a check mailed to you at the address you provide.

IF YOU CANCEL: When one signs up for Spirit Hollow program, it is a commitment to your Soul, the container, and your guides.  Our programs are designed to be transformational, and to enroll in one is to commit to the depths and to your personal unfolding.  We have seen over the years that it’s not uncommon for fears or resistances to come up as a program date approaches. We understand that seeming obstacles might show up to test your resolve, and we want to support you and your commitment to yourself and to our facilitators and guides.

Payments (whether it’s a deposit or payment in full) for programs are non-refundable. You have two options if you cancel a program for any reason:

a.    Your payment is forfeited and will be considered a donation to Spirit Hollow. Upon request, we will be happy to send you a receipt for your 501(c)(3) donation, which is tax deductible. 

b.    You may apply your payment to a future Spirit Hollow program that occurs within ONE YEAR. If you wish to take this option, please state this desire in writing and send to info@spirithollow.org.

*In the unlikely event a refund is offered for an extraordinary set of circumstances, a $100 processing fee will be applied.
