8-Week Online Immersion for women in the Changing Time

for Peri-Menopausal through Post-Menopausal Women

We begin January 27, 2026

Many of us who enter this season of life know we are called to a threshold — a time to honor and release what no longer serves, to give rise to the woman we have become, and to lean into who we are being called to become, still shimmering in the Mystery.

This is not merely a passage of age. It is a passage of power.

The Wise Woman, the Matriarch, carries medicine that her people need. She is full of the wisdom born of lived experience, the capacity to tend the greater Earth Community, and the courage to speak truth and restore balance.

And yet, in a culture that diminishes and distorts the aging woman, we have few containers to honor and harvest the gifts of this time  — few places where our deepest soul-wisdom is witnessed, reclaimed, and brought forth in service to the whole.

Root and Bone is a container in which to relinquish old roles, harvest your life wisdom and fortify your soul gifts in the sacred and potent Wise Woman life cycles.

Over eight weeks, we will distill the essence of our longer 9-month journey into a concentrated container.  It doesn’t replace the fullness of the 9-month initiation, but it offers the essential bones.  Think of it as a concentrated elixir—strong medicine, potent and direct.

Guided by two seasoned wise women facilitators, we will reweave the torn fabric of the feminine and remember ourselves as the sacred guardians of life.

This is an intimate, heart-centered container—not a large, impersonal online course.
We intentionally keep the group small so each woman feels truly seen, heard, and held in her journey.

Enrollment is limited to ensure every participant receives personal attention and genuine witnessing.

At the end of these eight weeks, you will not simply have completed a course.

You will have crossed a threshold into the vast terrain of your Wise Woman power. You will be witnessed and supported in your unique journey through the wise woman life cycle, embracing being a medicine-carrier — for your people, and for the greater Earth community.

This is a  journey for women who feel the call to:

  • Cultivate their innate, wild wholeness 

  • Explore the capacity and potency of the Wise Woman, rooted in Earth

  • Strengthen their connection to Nature and the sacred 

  • Source their creative fire to bring greater meaning and depth to their lives

  • Come together with a devoted community of women who support and witness one another

  • Relinquish old roles and release outworn ways of being to make room for their truest expression medicine and ways forward

  • Step more fully into their wisdom ways — claiming vision and direction that are emerging for the path ahead.

The DeTaiLs

We welcome all women in peri menopause through post menopause (roughly age 40 and up) to join us– cis, trans or otherwise – and nonbinary individuals who find their homes in women – and femme-centric spaces, particularly those called to be visionaries, space holders, leaders, healers and agents of cultural change. 

Please be aware that content draws from deep feminine concepts and some physiology including menarche, fertility, menopause, matrilineal and ancestral mother-lines, crones, matriarchs, wild feminine nature and the wild in women’s form.

  • We meet 8 consecutive Tuesdays on Zoom

    This program starts January 27, 2026 and runs through March 17, 2026

    12:00 - 3:00pm ET (three-hour meetings)

    9:00am - noon PST; 6pm - 9pm CET

    Once you register, you’ll be sent a Zoom link and Preparation Materials

  • In order to participate in this immersion, you should have the following:

    • Reliable WIFI connection and ability to be ON camera for all of our meetings

    • Access to wild or semi-wild places and a commitment to make time to go on wanders on the land between sessions*

    • A few hours per week between sessions:
      Since the online timeframe is short, we encourage you to carry the work between meetings through reflection prompts, journaling, nature-based practices, or small buddy groups.

    *Note: Wild places can be forest, ocean, desert, etc. Semi-wild places can be neighborhood parks, your backyard trees, etc.


  • We ask for your commitment to be present at all eight sessions. It’s important that you be present to get the full benefit of the container and the connection to the other women and the guides.

    Also, please be able to create a few hours per week between sessions to engage in the invitations we give you.

  • Tracey (KeyTurner) is a soul initiation guide, who is passionate about helping others step through the doorway into the mystical and the mythical, the sacred and the sublime, the earthy and the erotic, the dark depths and high heights. She is a fearless and compassionate facilitator who has “been to the mountain” and descended into the abyss to lament for the earth, to celebrate the beauty and pain and who knows the rich gifts that lie in the dark to be mined. She stands in the portal, holding a lantern, singing ancient songs, dangling a key, inviting you to step through into the vast landscape of your Soul. 

    Director of Spirit Hollow, the center where she lives and guides in SW Vermont, she is a healer and teacher, yoga teacher and singer of soul-stirring songs. She is a graduate of the Foundation for Shamanic Studies Three-Year Program (1998) in Advanced Shamanism and Shamanic Healing under the direct teaching of Dr. Michael Harner; also, she’s a Certified Yoga Teacher at the 200-hour level, having studied with transformational teacher, Shiva Rea.

    With 30 years of experience guiding others, she been studying with Bill Plotkin for the last nine years. She is a Certified Level 1 Wild Mind Nature-Based Underworld Guide with the Animas Valley Institute.  KeyTurner just graduated from the multi-year Soulcraft Apprenticeship and Initiation Program with Plotkin where she learned the nuances of Soul Initiation Guide and cultivated many tools to assist in the wholing and healing of this broken, beautiful world.  Visit her at KeyTurner Forest

  • Tish (MotherBone) is deeply passionate about reweaving rites of passage, the wild mature feminine, and soul-based journeys for women to access and reclaim their wholeness, vitality, true fluency, and creative force. She is devoted to Earth/the Great Web of Life and the remembrance of who we are and our sacred aim - to embrace and act from our roots and ancient spirit as intimately connected people to each other and the animate world. 

    Her unique body of work is a rich tapestry of 30 years of lived experience and guiding - her personal soul journey in the past several years funded an understanding and fierce commitment to the essential reweaving of our relational fabric and wisdom (art and skill) as women, including the vital reclamation of the Wise Woman/Matriarch.
